This coverage is designed specifically for marine operations and doesn’t have the exclusions of a typical general liability policy, such as on the water work exclusions. Coverage includes General Liability for water operations.
Marine Operators Legal Liability
Coverage provided for care, custody and control of a non-owned vessel. This coverage is used when the marine operation is hauling a boat out of the water, mooring at a slip, or storage.
Ship Repairers Legal Liability
Coverage works the same as Marine Operators Legal Liability, but designed specifically for boat and ship repairs.
Protection & Indemnity
Covers claims for personal injury, illness and death to a passenger. Other coverages include wreck removal, collision claims, pollution and stowaway.
